They chop black liquorice by hand and place one piece into each square of the moulds. They winnow, roast and stone grind the cacao beans and then pour the chocolate over the liquorice pieces. Liquorice powder and Islandic sea salt is manually sprinkled over the bar.

Dark handmade chocolate flavoured with liquorice from Lakritsfabriken in Ramlösa, Sweden. Dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free.
