Mandelkubb - Swedish Almond Biscuit
Mandelkubb is a traditional Swedish large biscuit, or cookie, with a bittersweet almond flavour. Underneath the crispy outside, topped with pearl sugar, hides a soft cake interior. Mandelkubb served with a cup of coffee or a glass of cold fruit cordial is simply delicious.

Waffles are delicious for breakfast, brunch, dessert or snack all year round. They taste delicious topped with whipped cream and fresh berries or jam. If you skip the sugar in the batter, you can also serve the waffles with savoury toppings.
