Haupt Lakrits have achieved the cheesecake feeling by flavouring the white chocolate with sour yogurt and crunchy pieces of digestive biscuits before rolling it in lots of freeze-dried raspberries. The salted liquorice is the twist on the whole thing and keeps this creamy and sweet and sour, crunchy little delicacy in check.
