Ekströms nyponsoppa pulver is a rosehip soup rich in fibre and vitamin C. It's a nice snack or hot beverage and served with almond macaroons and ice cream it makes for a great dessert.

Mix powder with boiling water. Serve once cool.

730g makes 5 litre.

Sugar, rosehip flour, potato flour, modified starch, acid (citric acid), vitamin C.
