Västerbottensost is a Swedish grainy hard cheese made from cow's milk from Norrland and produced at the small dairy in Burträsk in Västerbotten. It has a characteristic, full-bodied taste and an aging time of at least 14 months.

Ingredients: Pasteurised MILK, salt, lactic acid culture, rennet, preservatives E202 and E251. Potato flour added to maintain atomisation.
