Kelda Cooking cream 15% is a cookable cream with a lower fat content and a long shelf life and therefore perfect to keep in the fridge for everyday cooking. Cooking cream has a mild, creamy taste and is excellent for slightly spicier dishes. A cooking cream that you can use with advantage in sauces, soups and stews. May need to be clarified, especially if acidic ingredients are included in your cooking.
