We have amazing news for Swedish sausage lovers! We now sell traditional Swedish falukorv, wienerkorv and prinskorv from London based family business Skål Nordic.
The sausage products contain high welfare pork and beef. The sausages are manufactured using traditional methods and recipes. The sausages are smoked in the old fashioned way - no fake smoke flavourings here!
The sausages are produced on a family run farm located just a few miles outside London.

Pork (41%), pork fat, beef (13%), bacon (pork (94%), salt, brown sugar, sodium ascorbate (E301), sodium nitrate (E250), juniper berries, coriander, black pepper, garlic powder), pea starch, salt (contains preservative sodium nitrate (E250), seasoning (sodium nitrate (E331), dextrose, spices, sea salt, antioxidant, ascorbic acid (E300) table salt, spice extract), antioxidant, sodium ascorbate (E301), onion powder, sugar, paprika.
