Marsan is a quick and easy way to get a lovely vanilla custard for your apple crumble or when made thicker works perfectly as a filling in homemade cakes.

Whisk 1 bag with 3 dl cold milk. Leave for 5-10 minutes before serving. For cake filling mix with only 2 dl milk.

Sugar, modified starch, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, aroma (i.a. vanilla), milk protein, colouring (beta carotene).
